Our state of the art onsite lab allows us to get your glasses to you sooner. By using our onsite edger, we can edge and mount glasses in office. By doing this, we cut down on the fabrication time by the lens manufacturers. It also gives us the ability to edge and mount lenses into our patients own frame within 30 minutes rather than sending our patients glasses to our lens manufacturers, which could leave our patients without their glasses for
up to 2 weeks.
Our highly trained lab technicians are happy to do any adjustments or minor repairs (such as replacing screws & nose pads) in our lab for the lifetime of all frames purchased at the Peterborough Optometric Centre at no charge.
